Data Control and Collection.

ADIAN Consulting Ltd. ("ADIAN") will only store and use personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Any personal information supplied to ADIAN will only be used to provide information about our services and products or to improve our offer. We will never sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may allow data to be used by our partner organisations to provide services on our behalf, where these services are related to ADIAN's business.

Electronic Communication

ADIAN will communicate by email with corporations and public organisations only in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. It will always provide an 'opt-out' facility for its busines contacts when delivering electronic marketing messages.

If ADIAN cannot determine in advance the status (business or private) of a potential recipient of our marketing messages, we will provide an 'opt-in' option in our email or in our email address generating form.
